Always FREE 15 minute diagnostics. We use professional grade diagnostics that boots directly from a USB port on your computer, thus eliminating your operating system (ie Windows). Our diagnostics process tests every section of your motherboard , cpu, cache, usb ports, sound, pci and more of your main board and system memory. All components of your computer will be tested. Testing extended memory can take hours, so we let it run for 15 minutes for our free diagnostics
$25.00 per hour. Minimum 1 hour. I have 20+ years experience with Lenovo, HP, Dell, Acer and Toshiba Laptops. Complete laptop repair, hard drive, memory, Main Board, LCD Display and even casing parts if available. I built my first computer back in 1987 running DOS 2.1 and kept current with with computer hardware starting with the Intel 8088 architecture to the current Core I8 and all versions of Windows.
$25.00 per hour. Minimum 1 hour.
If your computer won't turn on at all, and you have checked that is is plugged in, hopefully your power supply has gone bad. The reason we say hopefully is this it is cheaper than a Mother Board or most any other part. We have the testing equipment to see if your power supply really is defective.
Then the next step is Mother Board replacement.
$25.00 per hour. Minimum 1 hour. I have replaced hundreds if not over a thousand mother boards in PC’s and Laptops. I have also replaced mother boards and other sensitive circuit boards in ATM machines, routers and switches of various makers such as Cisco, Hp and Dell. If I cant find the right mother board, or it’s not worth it to replace we can discuss your options. If it is more economical for you to just go purchase a Walmart Special, or we could build a custom PC to your specifications. We also have Data Backup and Recovery services.
Flat Rate: $25.00 per computer
Memory issues can cause all kinds of issues, defective memory can cause your computer to run slow, hang intermittently or all the time. Sometimes a bad stick of memory won’t let your computer boot at all. We can test and repair any memory problem you may have.
Also some applications require additional memory to run smoothly, low memory resources can also bring your computer to a halt. We can UPGRADE memory in any PC or Laptop.
$25.00 per hour. Minimum 1 hour.
Hard Drive repair and replacement, no problem. If you just want to upgrade your drive, we can clone your existing drive to a new larger hard drive and install in PC or Laptop. If your hard drive is crashed we can install a new drive and Operating System(Windows, Ubuntu and Mint Linux) and attempt to recover and restore your precious data. I make a great effort in recovering your data and have excellent past results
$25.00 per hour. Minimum 1 hour. I get great joy when I can detect, find and then remove a virus. Truly I don’t understand why those folks are not behind bars. Whats the difference of them breaking into your house, then going to your filing cabinet and stealing sensitive information verses stealing your info by hacking into your computer. I have many tricks up my sleeve to combat those criminals. But sometimes it’s so deep rooted, it’s faster to reload your OS and restore your backup data. Time is money, so how important is it to truly find and remove your virus.
$50.00 flat rate Windows reload. $25.00 per hour for data recovery.I have loaded and repaired the following versions of windows over the last 30 years. Starting with DOS 2.1 – 6.0 , Windows 3.1 then Dos 7 which was really Windows 95. Then 98, Millennium, 2000 Professional, XP, Vista, 7.0, 8.0, 8.1 and finally Windows 10. If your system didn’t come with recovery media, I can assist in getting a replacement copy from the manufacturer of your computer
Back in the mid 1990’s I worked for a software company that exposed me to the Unix environment. I became very proficient, to the point I was instructing Unix courses to our high profile customers. In the day, it was all command line. In 2017, I discover Linux Mint, and I love it. It is all the old Unix stuff I remember but with a very nice and very Windows like GUI.
